When we first began Christ Church of Davis in 2010, we dreamed about the possibility of having our own space that communicated simply, "we’re here to stay." We’re here to be part of the fabric of this community, to love and serve it, and to promote the common good of Davis. A home of our own helps us do just that. Investing in this project on Oak Avenue is a sign of the importance of local churches, a sign of renewal and mission, a sign of the vibrancy of faith.

We agreed to a purchase price of the facilities on Oak Avenue for $400,000 and our leadership set an initial fundraising goal of $700,000 to purchase the facilities outright, as well as begin renovations to make this space our own. We moved into this facility in February 2018 and continue working on renovations, including a stained glass window installation completed in December 2021.
